Freelance contractors
Many of S3 Web Technologies' complex projects
involve freelance contractors with a variety of skills, such as graphic
design, programming (php3, JavaScript, Java, PL/SQL, and other languages),
and database design and programming (Oracle, MySQL, MS Access). Contract
terms and deliverables are negotiated based on precise specifications.
Projects are compensated at current industry rates.
