S3 Web Technologies relocates to Pittsburgh, PA

Philadelphia/Wexford, November 19, 2001.
On January 1, 2002, S3 Web Technologies will relocate to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Drs. Schleyer and Spallek will assume new positions at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and the company will move in the process. The level and type of services that S3 has been providing to its customers will remain the same. Since most interactions with the company are conducted remotely, customers will not have to change their way of working with us. Our strategic business partner for hosting services, Comcation Inc., will continue to serve as the company's infrastructure provider. Customers' Web pages and computing applications will continue to function unchanged.

With the move, S3 will acquire larger office space, and thus will be able to grow with the volume and complexity of its clients' projects. In addition, Pittsburgh, with its burgeoning IT and informatics industry, provides an environment rich in intellectual capital for high-tech companies. We anticipate that S3 and its services will benefit significantly from this move.
