University of Michigan School of Dentistry (2001)
In 2001, S3 Web Technologies assisted the University
of Michigan School of Dentistry in formulating a comprehensive plan
for information technology and informatics.
The school intended to develop a common vision for its various computer-related
activities and made information technology a key competency to support its
clinical care, research and education efforts. As a first result of these
efforts, the school of Dentistry established the position of Director, Dental
Informatics and Information Technology.
